Has your Broker or COBRA Administrator Discussed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) that was signed into law on March 11, 2021. Very important COBRA information is included on this !!!
Eligible employees will have their COBRA premiums covered from April 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021, if the employee has lost coverage due to involuntary job loss or reduction in hours they could qualify for this. This not only includes Medical but also Dental and Vision!!
These subsides will be funded through a payroll tax credit!!!
